SUBMISSION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30TH
Thank you for your interest in requesting funding for your organization.
The Catherine and Maxwell Meighen Foundation operates on a calendar year and all grant applications submitted for consideration are reviewed once a year. The Foundation does not accept telephone calls and requests that all communication be through email.
The Letters Patent of the Catherine and Maxwell Meighen Foundation prohibit any potential funding of charitable activities outside of Ontario. If your organization is national, please ensure that your application is tailored to a specific project or operation within Ontario.
Applicants are asked to submit the required application to The Catherine and Maxwell Meighen Foundation, with the required attachments (most importantly, your most recent audited financial statements and a listing of your Board of Directors), by the deadline date of September 30. Applications will be accepted for consideration between January 1 and September 30, of the current calendar year. Any applications received after the September 30 deadline will not be accepted.

When an application is submitted, the applicant will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt.
Enquiries on progress of the application are not accepted.
Final funding approval decisions are made in December.
All approved applicants will be notified by email, and the funds disbursed by December 31.
A letter of acknowledgement will be requested upon receipt of the donation by the successful applicant.
